Hi, I'm AJ! I am an Oregon Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator and award-winning Intimacy Educator. I enjoy getting to know and help people from all walks of life and especially love working with those who are new to psychedelics. My magical powers include strong intuition, dismantling shame, and helping people discover their most empowered and authentic selves.
With 13 years as a Sex Educator and Relationship Coach, a Master’s degree in Psychology, and 15 years of experience in mental health and psychedelic peer support, I’ve dedicated most of my adult life to helping others on their journeys. I feel deeply honored to do this meaningful work!

Our consultation call is a time to talk about your desired outcomes, determine if we're a good fit for one another, and to answer all of your questions.

Intake & Preparation
Intake involves completing and reviewing required paperwork online (via a HIPAA-Compliant website).
After that comes your preparation session(s), to get you ready for your psilocybin journey. We will establish agreements, set intentions, talk about dosing, and co-create your psilocybin ceremony (e.g. selecting music and other journey elements).
These sessions are usually conducted online through Healthie/Zoom.

Journey
Your journey day may also be referred to as an administration or medicine session. It is the day when you consume psilocybin at a licensed service center in Oregon.
Please set aside a whole day for this and plan on being at the center for 6 hours.
I will be with you from beginning to end to support you and ensure your safety. Each experience is unique, and I align my level of guidance to your specific needs and wishes.

Integration
The purpose of integration is to deepen the experience and create lasting change.
While many people consider the medicine session the pinnacle of their quest, integration work is just as important. We will use this time to talk about how you've been, debrief your journey, discuss insights and themes that arose, and dive into specialized integration ideas.
A 60 minute integration session within a week after your journey is included in all of my macrodose packages.
